Q: What is the name of your business and where are you located?
A: Ceremonial located at 6739 Reynolds Street Pittsburgh, PA 15206
Q: How do you signify ownership?
Q: What kind of shop do you have? What kinds of goods do you carry?
A: Tools for living with intention - a tarot and ritual lifestyle store selling crystals, potions, books, cleansing bundles and INCENSE
Q: Describe your shop in three words.
A: Ritual & Tarot Studio
Q: What inspired you to open your store?
A: I always knew I would open a shop - for years prior. Especially after watching The Craft in the 90’s, I nearly jumped out of my chair during the witch shop scene, saying: that’s me! I got a degree in fashion merchandising knowing it would go in this direction and started with vintage clothing back in 2012. My future plan was put in motion. I planned to open a brick and mortar in Pittsburgh 3-5 years from the date and like magic - poof! I opened the shop March 2016. The shop has its own guides and they inform me where the shop is going and what to stock.
Q: Are there any goods you carry, in particular, that you want to point your customers towards this season?
A: Incredible moon pillows made by local musician and artist, Jon Russell
Q: Are there words you live by or wisdom you'd like to share?
A: Start every morning being thankful.
Q: How do you practice self-care?
A: Salt baths!
Q: Besides shopping with you, are there any other ways folx can support you?
A: Via tarot readings and spell sessions - listening to a podcast I do with my friend Alison called Ask a Hag, following me on Instagram and tiktok
Q: Is there anything else you'd like to share with our readers?
A: This is a trying time but we are growing and learning constantly. We have each had an opportunity to heal many aspects of our lives & souls. None of us will leave 2020 without a scar, but it’s this scar that shows us how strong and resilient we are. This year will pass but the strength and wisdom gained stays with us.
